Chartres House Café is pleased to offer simple
yet sophisticated food, wine and traditional New Orleans service in
our restaurant for our private parties. We will be happy to customized
any of your special events including business meetings, rehearsal
dinners, company gatherings, or simply quiet evenings with family
and friends.
The private party room here at Chartres House Café can accommodate
30 to 150 people. For larger events we our restaurant in its entirety

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of your party is required upon receipt of this contract.
Parties can be reserved with a credit card, company check or cash.
Any balance is due the date of your event.
Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are 100% refundable 60 days prior to your event. With
30 to 60 days, the deposits are 50% refundable. Less than 30 days
the deposit is nonrefundable.
Guaranteed Attendance:
Seventy-two hours before the event, you will provide a guaranteed
number of guests. This will be the minimum number of guests that you
will be charged for.
Gratuity & Tax:
A gratuity of 20% will be added to the subtotal of your total bill
as well as a 9.75% tax expense. |
